Hitachi becomes exclusive distributor of Wenco International Mining Systems

This is an important and strategic step in Hitachi’s market leadership which strengthens the company’s total solution delivery and commitment to the mining sector, with sales and support functions being offered from Hitachi Construction machinery Australia (HCA) locations in both Brisbane and Perth. Sales Director Gilberto Pauleta says the partnership will underpin HCA’s future growth in the mining technology sector throughout the Pacific region.
“We now have the product range, sales and support network to increase the Hitachi and Wenco market penetration significantly,” Gilberto says.
“Our development team is also working on integrating existing in-field High Precision Guidance systems (standalone) into the FMS product suite, providing customers with a low cost option for future upgrade to a full fleet management system.”
