Hitachi launch new parts online portal

Genuine parts are available to customers, now online.

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Pty Ltd (HCA) has launched a new way to order machine parts online, with the new Parts Online portal. Designed to save time on ordering, show parts availability, quick access to pricing and manage quotes directly, assured to service a range of customers currently operating machinery from Hitachi and Bell in Australia.

HCA is already established with a strong parts distribution network to guarantee high availability to customers day and night. However, to continue meeting the growing needs of customers to have the ability to order parts anywhere, anytime – the organisation has evolved.

Dave Collings, HCA’s National Manager for Parts and Service Strategy says it will strengthen the relationship between HCA and existing customers by creating greater and more efficient access to supply.

“Customers can now shop over more than 1.9 million parts for any Hitachi, John Deere or Bell machinery, providing them with the control to manage quotes and orders then down through to the way they are delivered.

“The new portal will generate orders through to the national branch networks and global OEM connections, making the process of servicing machines quicker and easier than ever before,” said Dave.
