- This is a random draw of those participants who register and undertake the Hitachi Dump Truck simulator challenge during AIMEX 2015 at Sydney Showground. One (1) entry per person is permitted. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter.
- The competition is being run by Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd (HCA), Locked Bag 6726, Blacktown BC, NSW 2148, ABN: 62 000 080 179.
- The Hitachi Dump Truck simulator challenge commences at 10:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday, 1 September 2015. The closing time for entering the competition is 12:59pm AEST on Friday 4 September 2015.
- There will be three (3) prizes. One (1) first prize and two (2) runners up. First prize: DJI Phantom 3 Professional valued at $1950.00. Runner up prizes: Hitachi EH5000AC-3 Rigid Dump Truck Scale Model valued at $396.27 each.
- There will be one (1) random draw that will take place at 1:10pm AEST on Friday 4 September 2015 at stand 0310, Hitachi Construction Machinery at Sydney Showground. The draw will be a random electronic draw for all eligible entries received with the first three entries drawn being the prize winners. The outcome of the draw is final and in line with rules and regulations of NSW Trade Promotion Lotteries.
- Prize winners will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw by the telephone number and email address supplied by the entrant at the time of registration.
- Prizes will be dispatched to the winners within thirty (30) days of prize/ delivery confirmation. No responsibility will be taken for any damages that occur during transit.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
- The prize is not transferrable.
- As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by HCA in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
- The prize winner’s names will be published on the HCA website (www.hcma.com.au/ AIMEXSIM-COMP) from Monday 14 September 2015. By entering the competition, entrants grant HCA permission to use their details provided on its website.
- The Hitachi Dump Truck simulator challenge is not open to employees or staff of the Hitachi group of companies or any related businesses.
- Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
- Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd (HCA) accept no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss associated with the operation and use of prizes.
- Any faults in prizes are subject to manufacturers warranties and should be referred to manufacturer and not Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd (HCA).
