Hitachi & Donaldson Filtration take a spin!

For the first time, Donaldson Australasia Pty Ltd (DAPL) and Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Pty Ltd (HCA) held a joint promotional campaign for premium resellers.

A total of 19 customers participated with 9 of those customers achieving greater than 15% growth in sales.

“It was good to see some healthy competition between our top premium Donaldson resellers,” said Dave Collings HCA’s National Parts & Service Strategy Manager.

As a result of the competition, the top customers won an all-expenses paid package to the 2017 Motorcycle Grand Prix in Malaysia going to Wangaratta Bearings and Industrial Supplies, Top End Diesel and Alice Hosetech.

One particular customer and recently married, from Alice Hosetech made it an even more memorable experience, by bringing his new wife along to share their honeymoon in Malaysia together!

Last year, a new way to order machine parts was introduced by Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Pty Ltd (HCA) with the new Parts Online Portal.

The online program is designed to save time on ordering, show parts availability, quick access to pricing and manage quotes directly. Assured to service a range of customers currently operating machinery from Hitachi and Bell in Australia.

Since its launch, customer feedback has been received on the user experience allowing HCA to make further enhancements to ensure the system is easier and faster to use.

Since its launch, customer feedback has been received on the user experience allowing HCA to make further enhancements to ensure the system is easier and faster to use.
