Solutions Issue 1 Introduction
Welcome to the first issue of Solutions
Welcome to the first edition of Solutions June 2017, where we have evolved into the digital space to enhance engagement with our customers on a range of industry news and articles which can be viewed electronically from anywhere, anytime. From this, readers now have the opportunity to read and share information through various other platforms such as social media.
At Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Pty Ltd (HCA), we pride ourselves in delivering value for stakeholders and believe by sharing content digitally can provide our network with the latest industry news. Going forward, we intend to release Solutions on a quarterly basis with a yearly wrap up issued in print form at the end of every year.
It’s been a big year so far. In April, we released the new Parts Online portal where customers save time on ordering, view parts availability, gain quick access to pricing and manage quotes directly. This service is assured to benefit a range of customer’s currently operating machinery from Hitachi and Bell in Australia.
We continue to grow our position in the excavator market with featured stories of customers sharing their experience with new machines on site.
Just recently, staff members from Hitachi group companies took part in the annual Balmoral Burn run in Sydney raising much needed funds to purchase equipment for our charity of choice the Humpty Dumpty Foundation and in August, we will see over 50 staff take part in the annual City2Surf fun run.
I would like to thank all staff who show strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace in our quest to achieve to an accident free environment. We continue to promote safety initiatives through our ‘See You Tomorrow’ safety campaign.
And of course we remain clear in our goal to achieve our vision of Total Customer Satisfaction with the continued focus on the three “C”s of our Kenkijin spirit – Customer, Challenge and Communication.
