Last year, a new way to order machine parts was introduced by Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Pty Ltd (HCA) with the new Parts Online Portal.

The online program is designed to save time on ordering, show parts availability, quick access to pricing and manage quotes directly. Assured to service a range of customers currently operating machinery from Hitachi and Bell in Australia.

Since its launch, customer feedback has been received on the user experience allowing HCA to make further enhancements to ensure the system is easier and faster to use.

Dave Collings, HCA’s National Manager for Parts and Service Strategy, ‘is confident it will continue to strengthen the relationship between HCA and existing customers by creating greater and more efficient access to supply.’

Customers can now access more than 1.9 million parts for any Hitachi or Bell machinery. The portal not only gives users the control to manage their own quotes and orders, but right down to the way they are delivered.

1. Ability to automatically upload parts using a CSV file – saves time and avoids having to double enter the order.
