Apprenticeship
HCA’s market-leading apprenticeships run in conjunction with TAFE courses and align with the Government Australian Apprentices program. The program provides apprentices with hands-on experience and training to become a Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment (HVME) Mechanic and Automotive Electrician.
The practical apprentice programs are ideal for interested school students or mature age students and are available at all major HCA branches across Australia, in every state and territory.

The training and education strategy focuses on guiding career pathways and development to suit our staffβs needs and the needs of the business.
Course offerings include qualifications and career path options for Service, Parts, Sales and Administrative roles, with topical areas including management, supervision, technical, customer service, and business systems compliance.

Several of our employees attended the event, supporting JMMS in their mission to raise funds and awareness to fight sudden cardiac death. Funds raised are donated to HMRI, CRY, and Hunter Heart Safe, supporting life-saving CPR programs and cardiac research.
